Terms & Conditions – Arty Boat
By booking or attending Arty Boat, you agree to the following terms:
Bookings & Payments
- The £3.50 per person payment secures your place in our hosted creative experience.
- This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- All bookings are final and cannot be cancelled or changed.
- No-shows are not refunded.
- Afternoon Tea upgrades are non-refundable but may be changed once with a minimum of 3 days’ notice.
Group Bookings
- Group booking payments are non-refundable.
- Group bookings may be changed once with a minimum of 14 days’ notice.
Studio Experience
- Arty Boat is primarily an art studio experience, not a restaurant.
- While we hold a 5-star food hygiene rating, the environment may be lively and not always quiet.
- We cannot guarantee how busy or quiet sessions will be.
Arrival Times
- Please arrive on time for your session.
- Late arrivals will still need to finish at the scheduled session end time.
Clothing & Mess
- This is a hands-on creative activity and may get messy.
- We recommend wearing older clothes.
- Aprons are provided, but we cannot guarantee full protection of clothing.
Damage & Breakages
- Any breakages or damage caused must be paid for.
Facilities
- Due to space limitations, we are unable to accommodate pushchairs.
- We do not have baby changing facilities on site.
Issues During Your Visit
- If you experience any issues, these must be brought to our attention before leaving the premises so we can resolve them.
Cancellations by Arty Boat
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions if minimum numbers are not met or in unforeseen circumstances.
Allergies
- Any allergies must be declared at the time of booking and again on arrival.
- While we take care, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
General
- All guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other guests.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if necessary.
