What are your business hours?

We do not have set business hours, it could be anytime 7 days a week, between 9am and 10pm, depending on bookings, we only open for bookings, if you want to check if we are online just message us via the whatsapp button at the bottom of this website

Our most regular hours are

Term Time: Saturdays or 10-7pm, Sundays 11-5pm

School holidays: 7 days a week 10-4pm

Do you provide food & drink?

Absolutely yes, we can provide hot and cold drinks, and a selection of cakes, cream tea, afternoon tea, toasties, tea cakes, pizzas, charcuterie cups, tapas, cheeseboards and more! 

We can cater for vegan and gluten-free options. We also have hot and cold beverages for you to enjoy You can book for JUST Afternoon Tea only and don’t have to Paint!!

What if I need to cancel?

We accept cancellations and refunds if you let us know no later than 3 days prior to the event, you can also reschedule up to 3 days before the event. Outside of these terms we do not offer a refund, late change, no shows will unfortunately not be refunded . Refunds will have a £1.50 processing fee

As a small business it hits us hard when customers don’t show up, especially if we had to refund every deposit last minute. Please be understanding and respect our cancellation policy.

Glass workshops require the cancellations no later than 10 days before the event

Can I leave my children unsupervised?

Unfortunately not – although we love working with children and helping them do their best efforts, we aren’t qualified childminders with all the necessary certification and checks for such a responsibility.
