You don’t have to book a studio painting session to enjoy Arty Boat. Choose from our pottery, wooden items and much-loved signature wooden ducks to take home, give as gifts or decorate at your own pace.
Our wooden items don’t have to be painted. Their natural grain, markings and individual character make them beautiful ornaments and unusual gifts in their own right.

You’re very welcome to book places in one of our regular Making Memories sessions, enjoy a drink and biscuits, have a chat and catch up, then choose and purchase pottery or wooden items to take home and paint at your leisure.
Everyone attending should book a place and choose an item to purchase. Whether you paint your item in the studio or take it home to paint is entirely up to you.
You don’t have to stay for the full session — meet, relax, choose your pieces and take them home whenever you’re ready.
Seen another piece you love while you’re here? You’re very welcome to choose additional pottery or wooden items to take home for another creative day, keep as ornaments or give as gifts.
