How booking works
- 1) Pick a date

- 4) Confirm & you’re booked 🎉
2.5-hour creative session. A small booking fee secures your space.
On arrival, choose from decorative pottery or our signature wooden ducks.
- Items range: £12–£35
- Wooden ducks start from: £26
- Most guests spend: around £20–£30 per person
Same-day take home: pieces are sealed in-studio (we do not kiln-fire pottery).

There were loads of colours and things to choose from, everything was clean and well set up, and it was such a nice activity to do together. We’ll definitely be coming back again for the third time, perfect for a fun, creative day out with kids. 🎨🍓🦜💕

We had a wonderful time painting the pieces we’d chosen and found it to be such a fun, therapeutic and wholesome 3 hours of our afternoon.
The two members of staff were lovely and made everyone feel very comfortable, while also being experts in how to improve your piece.
We left full of joy (and delicious cake) with great souvenirs of our day. We would all wholeheartedly recommend Arty Boat to anyone looking for something to do in Exmouth and beyond!

We were walked through the process and given a wide range of paints to choose from plus a number of photos for inspiration.
You can take your items away the same day but they were also very accommodating in allowing me to collect the next day (rather than carrying around).
